In metrologic labs or workshops, 6-axis measuring arms are dedicated to mechanical parts probing for obtaining highly detailed reports. Today, by enhancing the ergonomics of its Ace 6 axis arm, Kreon provides speed, efficiency and ease to probing operations.

First of all, the angle of the sixth axis was expanded from 214° to 254° with an increase of 40°. Now the arm can be moved with a better amplitude, reaching hard to access zones located for example under a mold or inside a rabbet.

Furthemore, the button zone ergonomics has evolved, replacing the former buttons with a unique flexible part integrating all the existing functions. These changes result in a more comfortable and less tiresome user experience. In fact, the probing operations carried out over long time periods of time, are made easier now. The raised buttons allow the operator to find each function without looking at the control.

This new version of the Ace 6-axis measuring arm, with a easy to handle head obviously compatible with Kreon scanners ( Solano and Zephyr II range), is the ideal tool for all 3D measuring operations, regardless of the industry or the application concerned.
