EMO Milano 2015 event took place at the end of this year with more than 1600 participating companies. We were proud to be there in hall 5 with the main actors of metrology world.
New Ace scanning arm
Since almost six months, we were receiving your comments regarding our new scanning arm. During six days of EMO tradeshow, numerous demonstrations of the new Ace 7 axes have confirmed its new qualities. The flexibility and general ergonomics now offer the fluidity and recognizable easiness starting from the first use.
Such simplicity helps to quickly learn how to use the product efficiently. The users without any experience, who have never used this type of material, can familiarize themselves with it much faster. Furthermore, the trigger “push and pull” completes the impression of Ace 7 axes’ ease of use, productivity and originality.
Another strong point is the parking position whose locking system was significantly improved for this year. In the rest position, the arm is safe, so it perfectly resists the small rush, which is very common in locations with high move intensity like workshops or stands.
Our team has used opportunity of EMO tradeshow to make the AirTrack Handheld video demonstration. You can review it below. As a reminder, the AirTrack Handheld is a scanning solution for high volume parts. It works with an optical tracker on one hand and a handle equipped with 3D scanner on the other. The AirTrack range is completed by a robotic solution presented at the Control 2015 show.
Solano Blue CMM
The compatibility of our 3D laser scanner Solano with CMMs was highly anticipated by our customers. This new solution was presented in preview at EMO tradeshow and is available with red or blue laser depending on the type of customer application. Visitors, who attended at our booth, have particularly liked its modern design and compactness. Moreover, Solano CMM will focus a particular interest for companies with small budgets due to its affordable price.
Solano CMM red version is expected at the end of 2015. The blue version will be launched later.
We show our gratitude to all visitors who have spent their time for discovering Kreon Technologies and its measurement and 3D control solutions. We will be waiting for you at the next EMO edition, which will take place in 2017 in Hanover, Germany.
